Artisanal honey cake with ginger
We have added pieces of soft ginger to this artisanal gingerbread. So is kind of a soft ‘gingerbreade.
Typical for our artisan spice cakes is that they are slowly baked in baking trays containing wood.
After baking, they are cut by hand while still warm.
Glucose-fructose syrup, rye flour, candied ginger 12% (ginger, cane sugar), honey 4%, sugar, raising agents (sodium hydrogen carbonate, disodium diphosphate), spices.
