


Artisanal honey cake with ginger
We have added pieces of soft ginger to this artisanal honey cake. So is kind of a soft ‘gingerbread’.
Typical for our artisan spice cakes is that they are slowly baked in baking trays containing wood.
After baking, they are cut by hand while still warm.
Ingredients
Glucose-fructose syrup, rye flour, candied ginger 12% (ginger, cane sugar), honey 4%, sugar, raising agents (sodium hydrogen carbonate, disodium diphosphate), spices.
