Spice cake canapé with smoked salmon and herb cheese
- 80 g fresh herb cheese
- 150 g smoked salmon
- 4 slices spice cake
- fresh dill
Cut each slice of spice cake into 3 equal parts.
Spread the spice cake canapés with the fresh herb cheese.
Drape over some smoked salmon.
Garnish with a few sprigs of dill.
