Spice cake lollipops

  • 5 lollipops

Ingredients

  • 5 slices or 100 g of spice cake
  • 200 g of Rice Krispies
  • 200 g of white chocolate
  • 200 g of milk chocolate
  • 6 skewers
  • 1 round cookie mould
  • 4 tbsp of sprinkles (of choice)

    Cut a circle out of the spice cake with a cookie mould.

    Let the milk chocolate and white chocolate melt seperatedly, in two different pots.

    Put your spice cake on a skewer and dip one side in the melted milk chocolate.

    Dip the other end into the white chocolate and dredge it through the sprinkles.

    Let it cool off… and it’s ready!
