Mini candy cake

Would you like to bake a cake with your kids, but they don’t have the patience to wait for the oven to finish? We have the solution !

  • spice cake
  • firm curd
  • kiwi
  • sprinkle candy for cupcakes (we used sugar hearts)
  • cherry candy as topping

Step 1

Prepare all your ingredients, and slice the kiwi.

Step 2

Cut a circle out of the spice cake.

Step 3

Spread the firm curd on the spice cake slices.

Step 4

Put the sliced kiwi on the spice cake slices.

Then put two of them on top of one another.

Step 5

Finish with a dot of curd and a delicious cherry candy.

Step 6

Alternatively, you can use a raspberry, or other fruit, instead of candy.
