Mini candy cake
Would you like to bake a cake with your kids, but they don’t have the patience to wait for the oven to finish? We have the solution !

- spice cake
- firm curd
- sprinkle candy for cupcakes (we used sugar hearts)
- cherry candy as topping
Prepare all your ingredients, and slice the kiwi.
Spread the firm curd on the spice cake slices.
Put the sliced kiwi on the spice cake slices.
Then put two of them on top of one another.
Finish with a dot of curd and a delicious cherry candy.
Alternatively, you can use a raspberry, or other fruit, instead of candy.

There's no harm in eating all of the left-over 'dough' from this cake. :-)
